Prepared anchovies are cleaned and left clean raspitas loins. Following advice from my fishmonger the dressing before freezing. I would put salt, parsley, finely chopped garlic and some onion rings and wine vinegar. After 24 hours and allowed to thaw in the refrigerator. At serving time drizzled olive oil and served with stuffed olives.
